This project is one of the first that gives you the opportunity to design your own house. Instead of looking everywere for "THAT" house you want, just design it your self.
The plot size is about 700 m2 and this gives you lots of room for your house, garden and pool. Only 3.500.000 baht for the plot.
There will be undergound electric in the area.
The area of the land is only 1,5 km from the beach and the center of Hua Hin.
We have put 2 examples for you to look at. Just tell us what you want as in bed rooms, bathrooms and so on, and we can give you an example!
There will be 10 plots in this area. 5 plots at each side of the private road in between.
Any house style is possible BUT it has to be only one story house! We will show you 2 exempel of houses you can make but you can also deside your self if you want to!
