The house is in a good condition and has everything, air-conditioning in all the the rooms, extractor fan in bathroom, ceiling fans in all of the rooms and the the covered terrace, spotlights with dimmer function in all of the rooms and on the terrace and the the kitchen is hand made.
All furniture is included, as well as household utensils, cutlery, crockery, flatscreenTV. In the big room: Large TV Stand, FlatscreenTV LG 32 ", DVD, 2 motorcycles, bar compartment and a dining room group with four chairs. Internet and the UBC satellite is ready to use.
There is also an additional building, which is 4x3 m for storage or an extra bedroom if you want. The washing machine in the storage room is also included in price. |
